Nömo Apparatebau GmbH, established since 1986, specializes in the custom manufacturing of complex components in challenging-to-machine materials and stainless steels. We turn (3-axis), mill (5-axis), grind (flat and round), and hone.

For our 3-axis milling machine and the two 5-axis milling machines (Grob G350 and POS), we are seeking a Setter and Programmer.

The incumbent will program our sometimes highly complex components from tool and mold construction as well as special machine construction at the programming station and subsequently set up and manufacture them on the machines. Simple machining is rarely programmed directly at the machine.

The applicant should have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in single-part and small series production.

The scope of responsibility may expand beyond the described job profile based on suitability and interest.

Your Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, machinist, or a related profession in metal machining.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in milling.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a team.

Your Tasks:

• Programming on Heidenhain and SolidCAM; lacking SolidCam knowledge can be provided through internal training.
• Setting up and machining high-quality individual parts and small series on our CNC milling machines.
